Autumn is the perfect time for transformation and nurturing.  A time for self-care. A time for you.

Grace McKelvie and Kelly Signorini invite you to join them for this deeply releasing and restorative workshop as we prepare, along with mother nature, to move from Autumn – a time of richness, abundance, harvesting and storing – in preparation for the hibernation of the winter months ahead – when the earth seems to sleep and we nurture and rest until the first green shoots of the snowdrops appear.  Both Yin and restorative yoga are deeply calming for the nervous system which helps us adapt and adjust during times of transition or change.  We learn to surrender our bodies to gravity and our minds into quietude just as the season of autumn surrenders year after year to the season of winter.

We will start with an exploration of the breath, moving into the sweetness and stillness of a Yin practice.  After a short break we will move the body with self-awareness and care…. and then, just as the daylight starts to fade, nestle down into a supported restorative posture to enjoy a yoga nidra.

Exchange for the workshop is £20, delivered online via Zoom.

*there are a number of concessions available, please contact Grace or Kelly for booking details or with any questions*
